Episode Overview

After the residents of their apartment complex decide to let go of the overly intrusive superintendent Aldo, Nikki and Kim, who struggle with technical tasks, take on the role of superintendents in return for complimentary rent. However, a string of blunders and mounting grievances from the tenants soon cause them to doubt if their new jobs are as glamorous as they imagined. Meanwhile, Professor Oglevee finds himself smitten with a new resident, much to Nikki’s displeasure.
